തീവ്ര ന്യൂനമര്ദം നിലവില് ന്യൂനമര്ദമായി മാറിയെന്നും ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടതില്ലെന്നും കാലാവസ്ഥാ നിരീക്ഷണകേന്ദ്രം
തിരുവനന്തപുരം: (www.kvartha.com 15.03.2018) തീവ്ര ന്യൂനമര്ദം നിലവില് ന്യൂനമര്ദമായി മാറിയെന്നും ഭയപ്പെടേണ്ടതില്ലെന്നും കാലാവസ്ഥാ നിരീക്ഷണകേന്ദ്രം. കേന്ദ്ര കാലാവസ്ഥ വകുപ്പിന്റെ വ്യാഴാഴ്ച രാവിലെ 8.15ന് പുറപ്പെടുവിച്ച അവലോകനത്തിലാണ് തീവ്രന്യൂനമര്ദം (Depression) നിലവില് ന്യുനമര്ദമായി എന്ന അറിയിപ്പ് നല്കിയത്.
കാലാവസ്ഥാ നിരീക്ഷണ കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെ അറിയിപ്പ്: കഴിഞ്ഞ ദിവസങ്ങളിലെ കൊടുങ്കാറ്റ് , മഴ ഭീതി അതേ വിധം ഇപ്പോഴില്ല. (Well marked low pressure) തീവ്രത കുറഞ്ഞ് ലക്ഷദ്വീപിന് വടക്ക് നിലകൊള്ളുന്നു. ഈ ന്യൂനമര്ദം വടക്ക് വടക്ക് പടിഞ്ഞാറന് ദിശയില് സഞ്ചരിക്കുകയും 24 മണിക്കൂറിനുള്ളില് ശക്തി കുറയുകയും ചെയ്യും എന്നാണ് കാണുന്നത്.
ലക്ഷദ്വീപിന്റെ അടുത്ത്, കടലിനുള്ളില് കാറ്റിന്റെ വേഗം 55 കിലോമീറ്റര് വരെയും, തിരമാല ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് മിനിക്കോയി മുതല് ബിത്ര വരെയുള്ള കടലില് സാധാരണയില് നിന്നും 1.5 2.6 മീറ്റര് വരെയും ആകുവാന് സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് കടല് പ്രക്ഷുബ്ധമായിരിക്കും.
കേരളത്തില് ചിലയിടങ്ങളില് മഴ ലഭിക്കുവാന് സാധ്യത ഉണ്ട്.
തെക്കന് ജില്ലകളില്, തിരുവനന്തപുരം മുതല് തൃശൂര് വരെ നിലനിന്നിരുന്ന മത്സ്യ ബന്ധന നിയന്ത്രണം ഇതിനാല് പിന്വലിക്കുന്നു.
എന്നാല് ലക്ഷദ്വീപ് കടലിലും, മലപ്പുറം മുതല് വടക്കോട്ട് ഉള്ള കടലിലും മത്സ്യ ബന്ധനത്തിന് അടുത്ത 12 മണിക്കൂര് കൂടി കേരളത്തില് നിന്നും മത്സ്യ തൊഴിലാളികള് പോകരുത്.
ജില്ലാ കലക്ടര്മാര്ക്കുള്ള നിര്ദേശം
1. താലൂക്ക് കണ്ട്രോള് റൂം പ്രവര്ത്തനം 15 മുതല് 24 മണിക്കൂര് തുടരേണ്ടതില്ല
2. റിലീഫ് ഷെല്ട്ടറുകളുടെ താക്കോല് തിരികെ നല്കാം
The depression over southeast Arabian Sea moved north-northwestwards and weakened into well marked low pressure area and lay over Lakshadweep and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea at 0530 hrs IST of 15th March. It is likely to move north-northwestwards and weaken gradually over southeast and adjoining eastcetnral Arabian Sea during next 24 hours.
Warning (a) Rainfall Rain/ thundershower at most places with isolated heavy falls very likely over Kerala and Lakshadweep Islands during next 24 hours. Rain/ thundershower at many places with isolated heavy falls likely over coastal Karnataka during next 24 hours. Rain/thundershower at a few places very likely over south Tamil Nadu during next 24 hours.
(b) Wind Squally winds speed reaching 35-45 kmph gusting to 55 kmph is very likely over Lakshadweep area and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea, off south Karnataka and Kerala coasts during next 24 hours.
(c) Sea condition Sea condition will be rough over Lakshadweep and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea off south Karnataka and Kerala coasts during next 12 hours.
(d) Fishermen warning Fishermen are advised not to venture into sea over Lakshadweep and adjoining southeast Arabian Sea during next 12 hours.
